Meditation as Wonderful Inner Journey

Meditation is the only thing which is with us since our birth. It is present in our each and every breath. We can attain and become Master of our mind by following the process of meditation. Once we have attained the status of Master, then all the things will be done at their own and one will get the inner happiness, peace and everlasting bliss. So one must attain the status of being master by subjugating his mind by way of ‘Meditation’.

If we go into the process of meditation we rise above the materialistic world while living in it and enjoy perennial Bliss. By meditation, one’s will-power is strengthened and he is able to face arty storm, any problem or /adversity whatsoever. It will generate a conscious mind which will always remain active and fully aware of his inner beautiful world. We can retrieve ourselves from the exterior world by just closing the eyes doors and shut out the wild dance of tempting, alluring scenes of material world. After closing the outside eyes one starts seeing through the third eye. One becomes spectator; the Seer,, the witness and watches the various scenes of the past, present and future. One must not be carried away or attach oneself with the scene and attain the state of ‘thoughtless ness’. One must keep up this Process-Divine.

In meditation when one closes his eyes, he feels his Lord’s constant nearness and drifts himself away from the din and noise of the world, from the many unbalanced waves of ‘Good’ and ‘Bad’, ‘right’ and ‘Wrong’. Away from the congestion, din, noise and foul air, as one sits in deep solemn silence in an atmosphere of quietude, his heart is filled up with deep gratitude for God’s Grace for keeping him in heavenly bliss as it were, whereas there seems to be unrest every where. Such is the hidden glory of Meditation.

When one delves deep into meditation one is filled up with joy. He feels as light as a joyous innocent child. Worldly phantoms are of no importance to him. He feels his Lord’s nearness and presence all the more every moment at the hour of darkness, storm or adversity which is but a process towards our inner evolution. He does not like to stay amidst others nor talk of the ordinary low-level matters. However exhausted, however disgusted he may be, meditation gives him great relief and peace.

The silent serene atmosphere and the starry sky within oneself makes one to feel so solemn, so silent ; one does not have the tongue to express it, nay, one must not even make an attempt to do so. Words are too crude for that fine world. It is not an ordinary joy contacted through the senses but something inward, supreme and blissful.

To adopt the process of meditation is not an easy task but there is nothing so easy as to meditate. Oh! These inner ‘steps’, one by one, one should climb upward day after day. Straight is the highway of Divinity, Purity and Light; Go inside and up straight and reach the ‘Temple of Love’ the highest Abode and enjoy everlasting divine Bliss.
